What do you need from me for a door quote?
A photo of the door and frame, the door size, your location, and any hardware requirements (panic device, closer, lockset). With that we can usually quote without a site visit.
Can you replace just the door, or does the frame need to go too?
Often just the slab can be replaced if the frame is solid and square. If the frame is damaged, rusted or out of plumb, we’ll recommend replacing both and show you why.
What commercial hardware do you install?
Hinges, locksets, panic/exit devices, surface and concealed closers, kick plates, stops and related accessories — supplied and installed.
Do you work with property managers and contractors?
Yes — a large share of our door work comes from property managers, building owners and general contractors across the GTA. We communicate clearly and document the work.
